I am a Washingtonian, born and
raised. By day, I am a mild-mannered reporter, but on the weekends I
turn into a
coffee-slinging fiend bent on spreading the good brews to the world.
I am the sole owner and operator of Fresh Off the Roast, the coffee
roasting company
that I
started in 2007. The company was developed to sell small-batch, artisan
roasted
coffee directly to the public. You will never see Fresh Off the Roast
sitting (for who knows how long) on store shelves. Every bag of coffee
I
sell is roast dated and delivered into the hands of my customers
within just one or two days of roasting.
But this web site
really isn't about me; it's about the coffee.
